The staff at NFLTalentExperts.com have been evaluating college football players as they prepare for their NFL careers for over the past ten years with various other site names and have been amongst the top performers based upon Draft rankings at www.huddlereport.com for our Top 100 and 1st Round Mock Drafts under the name HarryAWay's Draft Page.  Our 2005 1st Round Mock Draft received the highest score of those submitted.

The 2009 Draft marked another successful evaluation of college football talent as they transition into their NFL careers.  NFLTalentExperts.com ranked 4th in the Top 100 Rankings as compiled by www.thehuddlereport.com but our 1st Round Mock Draft went south when the Chiefs and Raiders selected players that we didn't have ranked amongst our Top 10.

The 2010 Draft should prove to be amongst the deepest talent pools in the past fifteen years and it could become even deeper depending upon the progress on a new NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Our 2010 Rankings, Mock Draft and Top 100 will include underclassmen that I believe have a better than average chance of declaring for the 2010 Draft.

Following the NFL Draft has been a passion of mine since the mid 1990's but there comes a time when other interests and the needs of your family require you to prioritize things differently.  The 2010 Draft will be my last one taking such an active role and hopefully my son will take over the "family business".  My tentative plans will be to continue to give input to the site but the daily operations will be handled by my son but we'll see how things play out after the 2010 Draft.

Attending the NFL Draft

Heading up for the weekend to attend the NFL Draft is how we reward ourselves for all the months of hard work.  This is my oldest son Michael and me when the Draft was held at Madison Square Garden.  Over the years Michael has attended a few more than I have and there's a couple we both missed but Draft weekend is still Christmas in April for the both of us.  There's much celebrating taking place except of course when the Steelers got Ben Roethlisberger and the Eagles got Shawn Andrews.  That wasn't a happy day for my son as an Eagles fan.
